My Brainstorming Trail Runs
App & Website Building
When I'm learning about coding, web development, and other related subjects I sometimes feel my brain is about to implode--it's telling me I need a break. So I take a moment to think and reflect. Most often I come to the same conclusion: "Go workout!" I hear the loud cheering echoes in my head and set off to hit the road.
How I Focus
Being outside helps bring clarity and focus. It's gotta be the fresh air! I sure wish I could write while running...
Moving gets my blood pumping and enhances all the things I'm thinking about; everything I'm working on and want to work on, learn. Exercise is my personal focus tank.
Content Creation
I enjoy creating art in the shape of an iOS app, a website, a pencil drawing, cooking recipes, wine pairing, playing music and more I can't think of at the moment. These things are the arts of my heart.

My name is yoli and at some point, my name morphed into yoliO. I like the newer version better for sure!
A bit about me in brief:
I started coding later in my life though I have to confess that my very first major in college back in the early 80s was Computer Science. What happened then you ask? The quarterback for the football team. 🙂
And here I am now (with degrees in unrelated fields) all these decades later making it happen. Learning to code and develop anything isn’t easy. I’ve heard some say it is–I didn’t and still don’t believe them after almost two years into this journey.
For me, learning and applying what I learn is a lot of things; it’s challenging, fun, and frustrating all at the same time! Yikes! But guess what? I love it!
While you are here, if you would please take a moment to sign up with your email address to get updates about my apps and other projects I’m working on. Feel free to ask me questions and I will do my best to get you some answers. And if I don’t know, I will let you know that too.
